Newells Projects are delighted to have undertaken façade restoration and clean to the Alfred Denny Building at the University of Sheffield. The south elevation has now been completed with the scaffold dismantled over a 2 week period showing the reinvigorated Alfred Denny façade. The return of the ‘masonry’ façade is a welcome return to campus. Façade repairs continue at pace to the rear elevation.

The project comprised the light refurbishment of office space within the Arts Tower which accommodates University administration departments. All works were coordinated with staff to minimise any disruption and noisy operations. Work was scheduled out of hours and weekends to minimise disruption to the office staff.
